Yesterday started with power washing.

I gathered everything I could think of that needed power washing and put it on the patio. There’s a table top hidden behind the vertical wooden shelf on the right. I debated power washing Willow.

After power washing all that I pulled a rug off the back porch and power washed that. Then I hung that over a fence to dry. Then I looked at the side of the house and decided to power wash the eating nook bumpout that was festooned with grime and cobwebs. Then I wrapped everything up. Then I took doggos to the park.

Thursday broke dreary and overcast with a forecast for light rain all day. I drove to coffee and picked up a few groceries after that. Then lunch.

Since coffee and shopping took so much time and because it was later in the afternoon than I wanted it to be I practically attacked the front yard. It hadn’t rained yet all day but it sure was lookin’ like it was gonna any minute. After the front yard I mowed by the alley. Then it was four bags of damp grass and a doggo to composting. It was empty there, the window lady said it had been that way all day because of the weather forecast.

It’s already very late in the morning. Today’s weather forecast is bully - partly cloudly, slight breeze, short sleeve temps. I’m gonna skedaddle over to the neighbor’s place and mow and weed-wack and stuff. Then eat a late lunch. Then Vander Veer? Then I need to get that big ‘ole canvas top up from the basement and get to sewing it so I can put it up. Kyle’s appointment yesterday was cancelled, he might stop by our place today. Cheers.
